BeX® Loyalty levels gives discount rewards based on return rate and number of orders
As a first step in BeX loyalty program, customers gets discounts on return freight fees depending on their return rate. The customers can be rated from VIP with 100% discount to awful customers who even gets an increase of the normal return rate fee.
The loyalty levels can be used in BeX Return Portal where customers can see their discount or increase before sending in the return order. .
It is also of cource applied when you do a manual return in BeX.
