Wholesale, e-commerce and retail store with a web-based business system

BeX® Online enables you to connect an unlimited number of BeX® Retail POS system, BeX® Online B2B order system, and different e-commerce stores or e-content markets. A barcode scanner is used for a quick and easy management of stock and order.

BeX® has a cloud-based POS system with a complete API/web service to be connected to various modern platforms for e-commerce such as Panagora, Magento, Askås, Jetshop, WooCommerce, Prestashop, Vikinggruppen, Silverstripe and Vendre. Other systems can easily connect to BeX® Online API in real-time such as warehouses, robot systems, mailing, analytic program for costumers, order systems and visitor counters.

BeX® Retail POS is a complete retail store POS system that can be installed in an unlimited number of stores to connect these to BeX® Online. Thanks to modern web technology, all point of sale data can be handled online in the cloud-based POS system for retail store. BeX® Retail POS also works in offline mode if the internet is down, update is made automatically when the system is online again.

BeX® Retail is a modern and rethinking retail point of sale system and POS program that can handle the demands of tomorrow regarding communication and services. BeX® Retail with a finance system fits both smaller stores where an unintelligent cash register is not enough, as well as bigger companies and retail shops with multiple stores, e-commerce, warehouse, order management and so on.

BeX® Retail POS for Swedish and international retail management systems is installed on a local PC for a high safety and availability. The system has easy and safe management, logically formed buttons and a clear presentation of merchandise, payment and receipt. The cash registers communicate automatically with backoffice through API/web service. BeX® Retail POS has web-based functions including loyalty clubs and stock overview as well as vouchers for immediate management and availability. BeX® Retail POS also works in offline-mode where it conducts updates through backoffice when the system is online again.

BeX® Online is a backoffice in BeX® Retail that you access by logging in online. Since no program needs to be installed in the psychical store, the program is easy, safe and comfortable for you as a user.

BeX® Retail POS system can handle an unlimited amount of cash registers, stores and warehouses. All sales are continuously updated and stored. Follow-ups on sales, payment and stock as well as maintenance of articles, costumers and orders can be handled from any computer anywhere as long as it has access to the internet. All changes are quickly synchronized with the cash registers through the web. Thanks to BeX® Bonus and the loyalty-program, your costumers will remain loyal which in turn will lead to increased sales. Since the bonuses are controlled directly online, BeX® Bonus and the loyalty-program can also handle e-commerce sales and payment. The costumers can see their bonus themselves and also choose to use gift cards and credit notes in the web shop. The store personnel can see the costumers’ balance in real-time and check the credited vouchers and such online through backoffice.

What is ”Omni-channel Retailing” and ”Unified Commerce”?

”Omni-channel” customers want to use all channels at the same time and independently of each other. Retailers that use an ”omni-channel” approach want to reach customers in all channels, not just one or two. If one uses “omni-channel retailing” towards all customers, all sales channels will use the same database with products, prices and campaigns etc. “Omni-channel retailers” allow the customers to experience the brand, not the sales channel for the brand. Sales and campaigns are then not specific for each sales channel but the same for all. With ”omni-channel retailing” sales become more effective, with offers aimed at specific customer segments based on purchase behavior, social classification, website visits, loyalty programs and other data gathering methods. With ”Unified Commerce” you can reach even further with all data being available in real time.

BeX® Online supports sales in all channels with an omni-channel perspective. In BeX® Online all information is saved and can be used in all sales channels, both physical and digital, be it the physical stores, franchises, temporary mobile stores, web shops, e-marketing platforms etc. Information about customers and purchase behaviors is compiled and utilized in order to aim campaigns and offers. Customer Clubs, loyalty programs, and handling of vouchers such as gift cards, credit notes and bonus checks is compiled and can be used in all channels. BeX® will keep track of bonus points balance, validity, campaigns etc. in real-time. Outstanding debt and settlement between profit centers and legal entities is posted and handled automatically.

Through advanced logistics and order processing different warehouses, stores, supplier-warehouses etc. will be exposed to sales in all channels. BeX® will check all incoming orders where they are to be picked and distribute them to the correct location where they will be picked, restocked, collected and sent. BeX® can create replenishment orders, drop shipment and automatic settlements between warehouses and legal companies.

For customers BeX® enables them to buy, collect, return and exchange their products in whichever channel works best at the time. One can, for example, buy online, exchange in a physical store and use the credit note received the next time you shop, either in store or online. BeX® will keep track of the price paid and how much is still left on the credit note, gift card or bonus.
